These two sketches merge two of few things I like the most: live sketching and poetry. The event was one of the Beirut-Type Writers Open Performance that used to take place the first Wednesday of every month, and have cute little posters like the one here:

Michael, in the sketches, is shown summoning his concentration to hear a piece being recited by an attendee, and reciting a piece of his own.
